Custom Itinerary Creation: Tailored trekking plans that include popular peaks such as Tsurugi-dake, Yari-ga-take, and others, as well as cultural and sightseeing add-ons.
Mountain Hut and Accommodation Bookings: Ensuring your group has comfortable and well-located overnight stays.
Transportation Coordination: Assistance with bus routes, taxis, or other transportation needs to support your journey.
Local Support: As an experienced climber, I visit Japan annually and can provide limited on-the-ground support when I’m in the region. If I am unavailable, I can arrange for a trusted local support person to assist your group.
Guide Coordination: If needed, we can help connect you with professional, certified guides (note that hiring guides in Japan can be costly).
Experienced Support Person with Language Assistance: For groups seeking additional navigation support, general mountain knowledge, or language assistance (Japanese-English), we can arrange a qualified individual.

Pricing Structure

Our transparent pricing ensures you know what to expect:

Booking Fee: 10% of the total trip cost (includes booking mountain huts, accommodations, and transportation).
Itinerary Creation Fee: $200 per custom itinerary.
Additional Services: Custom requests or expanded itineraries may incur additional fees.
