Expert Reservation Management:

• We handle reservations at mountain huts on your behalf, managing the booking process and ensuring availability for your desired dates.

• Please be advised that reservations may not be guaranteed during hut events or periods of high popularity.

• Our service fee for hut reservations is $30 for a single-person reservation. For groups of more than one person, the fee may increase depending on the number of people.

• While payment for mountain hut accommodations is typically settled in cash upon arrival, certain huts may necessitate a credit card payment for reservations. Should this be the case, we will request your credit card information accordingly.

Limited Support:

• While we provide initial assistance and recommendations, please note that our support is limited as we are not physically present in Japan.

• Clients are responsible for communicating directly with mountain huts regarding cancellations or delays.
