  1. Personalized Consultation:

    • We engage in a thorough consultation to understand your travel preferences, hiking abilities, and desired itinerary.

    • Whether you’re an experienced mountaineer seeking a challenging trek or a nature enthusiast looking for a serene escape, we tailor our recommendations to match your unique needs.

    • You can book a 30-minute consultation session for $35. We look forward to helping you plan your adventure! 

  2. Customized Itinerary Planning:

    • Based on your preferences, we curate a personalized itinerary that highlights the best hiking routes and mountain hut accommodations for your adventure.

    • If a client requests assistance with their itinerary, the pricing depends on the duration of work:

    • Our itinerary creation service is $200, which includes personalized trip planning tailored to your interests, travel style, and hiking goals. A $100 prepayment is required to begin the planning process and will be applied toward the total fee.

    • The prepayment is fully refundable if we have not yet started work on your itinerary. Once planning has begun, the prepayment becomes non-refundable.

    • The final cost may vary depending on the level of research and customization needed to design your perfect experience. We’re here to help make your journey smooth, meaningful, and unforgettable.

  3. Expert Reservation Management:

    • We handle reservations at mountain huts on your behalf, managing the booking process and ensuring availability for your desired dates.

    • Please be advised that reservations may not be guaranteed during hut events or periods of high popularity.

    • Our hut reservation service fee is $30 per person, per night for individual travelers. For bookings with more than one person, discounted group rates may apply, depending on group size. For large groups of 10 or more, we charge a service fee equivalent to 20% of the total hut accommodation cost.

    • While payment for mountain hut accommodations is typically settled in cash upon arrival, certain huts may necessitate a credit card payment for reservations. Should this be the case, we will request your credit card information accordingly.

  4. Limited Support:

    • While we provide initial assistance and recommendations, please note that our support is limited as we are not physically present in Japan.

    • Clients are responsible for communicating directly with mountain huts regarding cancellations or delays.

    • Timely communication with the huts is essential to avoid additional fees.

    • However, we are here to support you during your trip. If you encounter difficulties reaching the huts and require our assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  5. Language & Culture Lessons:

    • Each session lasts 30 minutes and costs $32.
